Most of the units are loft style; bedroom is upstairs with 1/2 wall open over living room. Remaining units are on a single level with bedroom behind a closed door. No guarantee which type of unit guests will have. King or Queen bed in the bedroom and pull-out sleep sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchenette, private bath, television, DVD player and phone. Average square footage = 608.
