POLICIES & TERMS
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. MTVT may update or amend these Terms at any time.
We do not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any damages, fines, or injury to yourself, property, or anyone else due to your participation in any event, rally or other activity hosted by or associated with MTVT, use of our services, or the use of this site and any materials located on it.
As a 501(c)(7) social club, we are required to charge a membership fee for participation in this social club. Annual membership fees are non-refundable but membership may be cancelled at any time.
Members of MTVT, by virtue of their membership agreement, agree to demonstrate personal responsibility for their (and their guests') words, actions and deeds and not to exhibit behaviors that are harmful to themselves and other members, guests, and hosts, or their personal property. We seek to provide a pleasant atmosphere in which to share our common love of the MINI brand.
We are committed to creating inclusive and safe experiences for all who take part in the services offered by MTVT; despite their sexual orientation, gender identification, race, ethnicity, faith, accessibility, etc. We welcome all people with genuine enthusiasm and open minds. Discrimination, harassment, prejudice, racism, and hatred have no place at our events or in our community. If any MTVT member or event participant is being disrespectful, making others feel uncomfortable, or acting in a discriminatory nature of any kind, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the event without refund.
MTVT will not condone behavior contrary to our objectives nor that which we feel is harmful or injurious to others. By virtue of your membership in MTVT, you have agreed to uphold these ideals and purposes. Any member, member of their family, guest, or other person who in any manner makes use of the organization’s Services shall do so at their own risk. Members further agree to hold the organization, and all its membership, harmless from any consequences, monetary or otherwise, that may result due to violations of this Membership Agreement.
The Board of Directors may suspend, either permanently or for a specified period of time, any member whom a majority of the Board of Directors determines no longer meets the requirements for membership as set forth in the Membership Agreement. This must be done by a majority vote. The vote suspends such member’s membership in MTVT and all rights and privileges associated therewith. Refunds of membership dues will not be permitted.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
If for any reason, any of the ticketed (paid) events are canceled, we will issue a full refund for all tickets purchased. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any rally events due to weather, road conditions, or leader availability. We will notify you via email as soon as possible with any important updates.
Alcohol Consumption Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased through a licensed supplier. No outside alcohol is permitted at any of the dinners or rallies. Please drink responsibility. MINIs Take Vermont, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damages, fines, bodily harm, or other consequences of consuming alcohol at this event.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
When will I get my merchandise order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but it's typically 3-4 business days for shipping to the USA.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges on merchandise, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts at Printful.com—they have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Merchandise Return Policy
Please see Printful's return policy for more information.
