3 Night Minimum Stay Date

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 10%.
Rates include gourmet breakfast bar
10% daily Resort Fee is waived for this block per reservation.
Pet Friendly Rooms require a $35 per night Pet Fee
At the time of booking each Reservation: a 50% deposit of the entire stay is required.
There is a daily $5 housekeeping fee per room added to each reservation at time of arrival & a Stowe Town Destination Daily Fee of $2.50.

Expiration Date: Any rooms in the block not reserved by AUGUST 7th, 2024 will be returned into our Bluebird Cady Hill Lodge/Awol Stowe inventory for availability.

Cancellation: Each guest may cancel or alter their reservation if done so within 72 hours prior to their arrival date. They will be refunded their deposit in full but charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations of individual reserved rooms will follow individual hotel policy.

Group Block Expiration Date: Unreserved rooms will be returned to general inventory upon the CUTOFF date. Rooms reserved after this date will be provided on a space available basis at the higher of the contract rate or the rate available at that time.

Guest Room Deposit & Charges: Individuals pay a deposit of half of the total charges, due at the time of booking for a multiple night stay. Individual Rooms deposit is refundable up until the cutoff date. For a one night stay, the full amount is due as a deposit. Each guest must present a credit card at check-in to pay in full and access any ancillary services.
